We’re looking forward to an exciting week highlighted by District Arts Night on Thursday, April 30, from 4–6 p.m. at Hot Springs Junior Academy, where we’ll celebrate the incredible creativity and talent of our students. It will also be a busy week for Trojan athletics, with soccer, softball, and baseball hosting home games on Tuesday, plus softball and baseball are back in action at home again on Thursday. Let’s make it a great week to be a Trojan!

We are so proud of our K-2 students who completed their ATLAS Summative Testing last week. Students in Grades 3-11 will take their tests on May 5, 7, 12, and 14. Let’s make sure our students are set up for success.

Get ready for a BIG time at the Big Spring Trojan Thing! Join us Monday, May 18, from 4–6 pm at Joe Reese Stadium for a FREE, family-friendly evening packed with fun for all ages! Enjoy sporting events, games, line dancing, an obstacle course, delicious food trucks, the Trojan Book Bus, and so much more. Bring the whole family and come celebrate spring the Trojan way!

Langston Elementary is collecting shoes to help support its clubs and Parent-Teacher Organization. All shoes, new or used, are needed. They can be any style and any size.
Shoes can be dropped off at Langston Elementary, located at 300 Silver Street, or email Jessica Jeffers at jeffersj@hssd.net to arrange pickup.
