Mrs. Kaitlin Potts is the 7-12^th grade theatre teacher at HSSD. Courses taught include 7-9^th Grade Drama, Theatre Appreciation, Technical Theatre, Theatrical Makeup, Theatre I-IV, and Playwriting. She also directs 2-3 productions a year and sponsors the International Thespian Society Troupe 78 for HSWCHS. Debate and Junior Beta are also co-sponsored by Mrs. Potts. Originally from Charleston, Arkansas, Mrs. Potts attended Charleston Schools from Kindergarten through 12^th grade, started college at College of the Ozarks in Branson, Missouri, then completed her BA in Speech Education from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. Mrs. Potts is in her 4^th year of teaching, having spent her entire career in HSSD.
