Dear Trojan Families,

The school year is rolling right along! We have been so impressed with how quickly our students have settled into the routine, and we'd like to thank our families for making this a smooth start to the school year.

This will be a busy week with lots of sports and activities. We are excited for Tennis to host their first match on the new courts this Tuesday against Benton. The week ends with the Varsity Trojan football team hitting the road against Greenbrier for their first official game of the season.

We’re coming together to help support local families by collecting food and essential items for the HSSD Welcome Center. From easy-to-prepare meals and breakfast foods to paper goods and other everyday essentials, every donation can make a difference.

Park Family Night

All Park Magnet families are invited to a special night on Thursday, August 27 from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Come learn more about our school, see your child's classroom and learn how you can get more involved.

Dance Program T-Shirts Now Available

The 7-12 Dance program is getting ready to order its 2026-2027 official dance shirts, and we wanted to offer them to our Trojan family. If you would like us to order one for you, please order online. Shirts are $20 (canvas soft). Youth sizes are available.

If you are interested in sponsoring one of the 200+ dancers in our program by sending $10, $25, or $50, we do have some students who need sponsors. Your donation will sponsor their shirt and a pair of tights for the year and help us cover the cost of costumes, shoes, and experiences for our students. Pre-Orders are due Friday, August 28th!

Arabian Dancer Auditions Set for Sept. 2

Calling all Fifth and Sixth Grade Dancers! Auditions will be held Wednesday, September 2, from 3:40 - 4:40 pm at the High School Dance Studio (across from the main High School building) for the opportunity to perform in the Nutty Nutcracker as an Arabian Dancer.

Rehearsals will be held on select Wednesdays from 4:45 - 5:30 pm. Dress rehearsal is December 10, and there will be three shows between December 11 and 12. The registration fee is $75 and the form can be found here.
