Hot Springs School District Team,

As we approach the upcoming ATLAS testing and the end of the year, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the dedication, effort, and care you continue to pour into our students each and every day. I know that this is not easy work, and I understand that this time of year can bring added pressure, worry, and long hours as you work to ensure our students are prepared and supported.

It has been said that diamonds are created through pressure and time, and that couldn’t be more fitting for the work happening in our classrooms at the Hot Springs School District. The investment you’ve made, the persistence you’ve shown, and the commitment you bring daily are all part of that process. You are helping shape something strong, resilient, and truly remarkable in our students.

I want you to know how proud I am of the work you are doing. Your impact is real, and it matters. Because of your efforts, I do not doubt that we are Trojan-Ready, not just to meet expectations, but to shine like diamonds.

Thank you for all that you do for our students and for each other.

Have a great weekend!
