It’s going to be an exciting week in the Hot Springs School District, April 13–17! 🎉 Families, get ready for a show-stopping highlight as our talented 7–12 Trojan Theatre students bring The Wizard of Oz to life Thursday through Saturday—it's a performance you won’t want to miss! 🌈✨ We’ll also come together for the Superintendent’s Parent Council on Wednesday morning, and of course, there’s plenty of Spring sports action heating up all week long. Let’s show up, stay involved, and continue making every day count!

Kindergarten Registration Event is TOMORROW

It’s time to take the first step in an exciting educational journey with the Hot Springs School District. Join us for Kindergarten Registration on Monday, April 13 from 8 am to 5 pm at the Welcome Center, where families can connect with representatives from all four of our elementary schools. This is your chance to explore the unique opportunities each campus offers, ask questions, and discover how we support every child’s success from day one. We can’t wait to welcome your family.

The Wizard of Oz Set for April 16 - 18

Join the 7-12 Trojan Theatre students for journey down the Yellow Brick Road. This year's Spring Music is the classic Wizard of Oz and you won't want to miss it!

Twelve of our talented Hot Springs School District Choir students have earned a spot to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York on June 29, 2026, under the direction of Dr. Nick Farr!

Langston Elementary Needs Your Shoes!

Langston Elementary is collecting shoes to help support its clubs and Parent-Teacher Organization. All shoes, new or used, are needed. They can be any style and any size.

Shoes can be dropped off at Langston Elementary, located at 300 Silver Street, or email Jessica Jeffers at jeffersj@hssd.net to arrange pickup.
