>The Junior STEM Pathways Academy is hosted by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) to immerse young scholars in a world of science. The two-week summer camp focuses on health, while incorporating technology, engineering, and mathematics. Students practice and improve critical thinking and problem-solving skills and are challenged with STEM-infused creativity.

>This is the second year that the HSSD will participate as a host site for this two-week experience. It was a huge success last summer!
