On Thursday, April 15, the HSSD will host a free, voluntary Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic at the Hot Springs World Class High School Auxiliary Gym from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. A first dose of the Pfizer Vaccine will be administered by medical professionals. This Vaccination Clinic has been coordinated through the Garland County Covid-19 Task Force. 

-To qualify to receive a vaccination:

     -Students must be 16 years of age or older AND have a parent/guardian present;

     -Adults must be a parent/guardian and/or live in the same household as a Trojan student;

     -Adults also qualify to receive the vaccination if they are staff members at the HSSD

-Required items to receive a vaccination include:

     -Driver’s License 

     -Insurance documents (if applicable)

      >>Covid-19 Vaccination Immunization Consent Form (available to print and complete ahead of the event by clicking here)

-Attendees should park in front of the Hot Springs World Class High School at 701 Emory Street, and enter the building through the Auxiliary Gym entrance (signs will clearly mark the entrance). Masks are still required in all HSSD facilities, please. 

-Attendees will go through the Auxiliary Gym entrance, and will then begin the process of sign-in with medical teams. 

-After individuals receive the vaccine, they will receive a Vaccination Card and reminder date (for 21+ days later) to return to the same location for a second dose of the vaccine.

-There is no registration required to attend.
