Our Hot Springs World Class High School proudly hosted an anti-bullying pep rally today in honor of Unity Day for all 9th-12th grade students. The NJROTC presented flags, and the HSWCHS Choir performed the National Anthem, to begin the ceremony. Students enjoyed an anti-bullying short play from the Drama Club, an inspiring solo by Mya Sander, a performance from the Hot Springs Dance Troupe, and a challenge from guest speaker Lataschya Harris (Professor at National Park College) to end bullying, report bullies, and to take care of each other.

Unity Day celebrations are a national movement to inform families about the dangers of bullying and encourage students and families to report bullying situations, and be part of solutions to ending the negative effects of unkindness, and un-inclusiveness.

Thank you to Mrs. Hughley and Miss Victorious Pageant members for organizing this memorable event!
