Pre-K Registration

- Families can find all contact information for holding spots at the five Pre-K Programs offered at the HSSD, here. 

Kindergarten Registration:
- Families should please complete the information in the online Kindergarten Enrollment Form, here.
- Elementary  schools will then mail 2020-2021 HSSD Registration Packets  to parents.
- Parents may mail or bring completed packets and all other required registration items to schools after June 1st.

Re-Enrollment for HSSD Students Entering Grades 1-6 (Students entering Grades 7-12 have already re-enrolled):
- Students entering grades 1-6 will need to complete an online Re-Enrollment Form.  Please find the unique links to HSSD Re-Enrollment Forms for each HSSD elementary school below:

- Students entering grades 7-12 should have already completed the re-enrollment process earlier in the school year. School counselors are already working to build schedules for the 2020-2021 school year. Contact a school counselor if you have questions. New Student Enrollment for Students Entering Grades 1-12:
- Families enrolling NEW students to the HSSD in grades 1-12 should complete the 2020-2021 HSSD Registration Packet, here.
- Families may also pick up a printed 2020-2021 HSSD Registration Packet from our HSSD Welcome Center at 702 Main Street.

Required Information for New Students at all Schools, and all Grade Levels

In addition to completed forms in the 2020-2021 HSSD Registration Packet, you'll also need the  required information below when registering new students. In some cases, additional information may be required. Because of our schools being closed through the end of the current school year, we will work with you to either have you mail copies of items and/or turn them in to schools in person after June 1. Required information includes: - Copy of Birth Certificate; Copy of Social Security Card; Shot Records; Proof of enrollment at previous school (withdrawal documents or final report card); Proof of residency (which may include a gas, electric, or water utility bill OR rent receipt OR lease agreement with a current dateOR a driver’s license with an address)
