From April 19 - April 30, HSSD students in grades 3-10 will be taking ACT Aspire Summative Assessments at all HSSD schools. With ACT Aspire data, parents can determine whether students are meeting key benchmarks during the school year, so that necessary steps can be taken to keep them on track with academic growth. Testing data also allows leaders at the HSSD and the state level to measure the effectiveness of state standards for teaching, curriculum requirements, teacher resources and training, and more. These tests are required by the Arkansas Department of Education.

Full testing schedules are below for all grade levels. Testing Coordinators are also listed for each school; parents should reach out to Testing Coordinators via email with any testing questions or concerns.

- Eat a good breakfast the morning before your test.

- Don’t spend too much time on any one question, but go back and review your answers when you have completed the test.
