Reading Recovery is a first grade intervention program. Students who are struggling in Reading and Writing and who fall below grade level qualify for the program. Reading Recovery is an individualized program, meeting 30 minutes per day, with a goal of taking each student to at least the class average or above in Reading and Writing Skills.
