Utilizing the scientific process in a naturalistic setting, the environmental studies program emphasizes students' critical thinking and problem solving skills.  Students have the opportunity to explore various branches of science in real-life settings, including the unique geological structure of the Langston area.  Program participants will utilize program specific instruments in a wide range of uses in the environmental science lab.
