Believe, Succeed, Achieve

Langston Aerospace and Environmental Studies Magnet is providing  a learning experience designed to prepare pre-school through fourth grade students for the 21st century and beyond.  Using innovative and challenging hands-on experiences, students participate in the regular academic curriculum based on the local and state standards with a special emphasis on science, technology and math.  The focus of Langston Magnet is to offer students the opportunities to develop knowledge and skills which will enable them to prepare for the future for all humankind.

The school's mission is to educate all children to their fullest potential by creating independent and successful students for the future.  We are stressing integrated, thematic and rigorous instruction as students participate in an environment that enhances their learning styles.  Paraphrasing NASA's vision statement, "We are an investment in America's future.  As we learn we will become explorers, pioneers, and innovators, so that we can boldly expand frontiers in air and space and  inspire and serve America and  benefit the quality of life on earth."
