Principal's Message

Hot Springs Middle School serves students in grades six through eight in three academies; Science, Arts and International Baccalaureate.   All students and staff have been assigned to one of the three, providing small communities of learning.  Each academy curriculum consists of the same four core classes with special emphasis in math and literacy.  Additionally, students are  offered a wide range of electives to fill out their middle school needs and to bring focus to their individual academy. 

Recognizing every student is unique and special,  teachers, students and parents have the opportunity to develop positive working relationships.  These relationships enhance the HSMS mission to provide an atmosphere of achievement.  As all parties continue to strive for the same goals and objectives, students will benefit through the acquisition of skills necessary to become productive members of our community and society.
