We would like to show how the various regions of the country are similar and how we all depend upon one another in our economy. With the further goal of encouraging travel across the country, educating people on what our country has to offer, and giving potential tourist more information, we would like to ask you to share your skills with us.
As our employee, you, along with other students from your school, will work to construct a brochure on various sites across the country. You will gather information from across America to use in the development and publishing of your brochure. You will also present information as a PowerPoint Presentation to people in your local area to promote this project. Another tasks you have been hired to complete is that of developing a web site that will allow potential tourist to view America as your team has viewed it.
Another key element to the project is that you and your team will also promote travel and tourism by participating in a "Walk Across America." You and your fellow co-workers will begin your journey in New York, New York. The journey will take you from there to various cities across the country as you walk and log miles to travel the country.
