All students will continue working on their Electronic Portfolio.  We will work on the areas listed below with updates on dates, photos, and recorded audio files.

Kindergarten, First, and Second Grade Students:

The students will continue working this week on their Electronic Portfolio.  The students will add their original recordings to the following slides:

• Main Title Slide
            Hello and welcome
            Number of years at Gardner
            Favorite things about Gardner 
• Grade Level Title Slide
            Hello and welcome
            Grade and Teacher
            Favorite things about being in their classroom 
• Grade Level Selection Slide
           Add a button to link back to the "Main TItle Slide"
• Main Menu Slide
           Add Personal Photo to the "About Me" button
           Edit Name and Date
• About Me Slide
          Add audio recording about themselves
          Add a link icon for their personal web page
• Subject Menu Slide
         Add teacher name to the slide
        Check the Subject Title Icons
• Subject Slides
         Add icons for the number of subject exhibits needed
         Insert duplicate slides if needed
         Insert subject area exhibits on the slides
• Edit Color/Font/Style/Background/Other Areas as needed to make each persons' portfolio more individualized.

We will be adding the finishing touches this week to the Electronic Portfolios.  We will also copy any photos from the teacher's picture files to the students' individual files for saving.

We will talk more about additional items they will be placing on the individual subject area slides once the teachers have placed them into the students' individual "My Portfolio and Grade Level" folders.
