 Monday and Tuesday ~

Third Grade Students:

The students will continue working this week on their Electronic Portfolio.  The students will add their original recordings to the following slides:

  • Main Title Slide
              Hello and welcome
              Number of years at Gardner
              Favorite things about Gardner 
  • Grade Level Title Slide
              Hello and welcome
              Grade and Teacher
              Favorite things about being in their classroom 

 

Fourth Grade Students:

The students will be working this week on their Electronic Portfolio.  The students will create the following slides:

  • Main Title Slide
              Hello and welcome
              Number of years at Gardner
              Favorite things about Gardner 
  • Previous Grade Level Title Slide
              No Voice effects added to these slides
  • Grade Level Title Slide
              Hello and welcome
              Grade and Teacher
              Favorite things about being in their classroom 

 

Fifth Grade Students:

The students will be working this week on their Electronic Portfolio.  The students will create the following slides:

  • Main Title Slide
              Hello and welcome
              Number of years at Gardner
              Favorite things about Gardner 
  • Previous Grade Level Title Slide
              No Voice effects added to these slides
  • Grade Level Title Slide
              Hello and welcome
              Grade and Teacher
              Favorite things about being in their classroom 

The students will be working to create a final version of their recorded messages.  The students who have work from previous grades saved in their "My Portfolio" folder will also work on hyperlinking the work from their previous grade level to the portfolio.

Students without previous years' work will use the time to edit and create their own color and special effects.

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday ~
 

Mr. Miller will be out for a Technology Conference:
 

Ms. Jolly will be working with the students either using Microsoft Movie Maker to create movies from the personal photos located in the students' "Photos" folders on the main server OR working with PhotoStory to create personal slide shows using photos located in the students' "Photos" folders on the main server.
