Kindergarten - First Enrichment:  Students will work with the Kidspiration Program to complete a science activity titled, "What Lives Here."  They will use the activity template and place pictures that represent what you might find living in the four sample locations.  The locations include the desert, forest, wetland, and farm.

Second  - Third Grade Enrichment:  The students will be working with Typing Master to practice their touch typing skills.  Once the typing lessons are completed, the students will have time to explore the web site Funisland.com.  They may choose from a number of educational games on the site for skills review and practice.

Newspaper Staff Meeting:

The students will discuss key vocabulary terms that relate to a newspaper.  We will talk about each of the terms.  We will also talk about the Newspsper Staff and the departments that exist in a newspaper business.
