    Thank you for visiting my webpage.

I am the Music Specialist at Gardner.  I work to provide a variety of musical experiences for students from Kindergarten through Fourth Grades.  Our school has a complete Yamaha MIE (Music in Education) keyboard lab to technologically enhance our students' music education as well as integrate other academic areas.

I also direct ensembles of students who sing, play instruments, and perform at various times throughout the year.

I grew up in Hot Springs and attended Hot Springs Schools participating in choir and band and taking piano lessons beginning at the age of seven.  I have a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Henderson State University and twenty-six years of experience teaching music and other subjects in Arkansas and Mississippi.
