Have you ever seen or eaten watermelons?  Well, I have.  First, watermelons are fruit.  They are healthy for you.  Another thing is that they come in many colors, shapes, and sizes.  Some of them are light or dark green on the outside and others have stripes on the outside.  Some are round like a ball or oval like an egg. They can be as yellow as the sun or as red as a strawberry on the inside. Next, watermelons have seeds.  The seeds are black or brown.  Watermelons grow from seeds.  If you let the seeds dry, you can plant them and grow more watermelons.  Also, watermelons grow on long vines. Last, watermelons are very juicy on the inside and they taste good.   Now you know some things about watermelons.
