Dear Mom and Dad,

     Please let me join a sport’s team I really want to be on a sport’s team.

     First, Mrs. Roberson will be there to watch me.  I will be good for the rest of my life if you let me join a sport’s team

     Next, you should let me join because all of my friends will be there.  If  I am not there, they will think I am scared to play sports.  Also, I will be off of your back.

     Last, if you let me play on a sport’s team I will never ask you for anything else.  I will be very good.  I  really want to be on a team.

     Truly, Mom and Dad, please let me join a sport’s team.
