Winter                                           

          There are a lot of things about winter.  Winter is about snow and is a wonderful season.  Winter mostly comes at Christmas, but in my dreams, winter is a magical season.

          I was sitting down on my sofa snuggled inside with a warm, toasty blanket over me.  My mother came right beside me and in her hand was some warm and yummy cocoa.  My father started a fire in our fireplace.  Then my father sat down on the sofa, too, right beside my mother and we all sat watching the fire.

          A few hours later, I got up, went to my bedroom.  I got my jacket, mittens, snow hat, and boots.  I went outside to the winter sky and cold breeze.  I got down on my knees and started rolling, laying, throwing snowballs, and more.

          Winter can also be about dreams.  Outside, my favorite thing to do is watch the snow fall and sing about the winter; how the cold, windy, chilly breeze comes forward to everybody in the world.

          Winter is mostly in December, my favorite month.  It makes me feel happy.  Every year, I feel older and get happier.  The New Year comes, and Christmas, of course. 

          December is the best month.  I’ll dream of this month forever.
